Zoe Morrison
Landscape Designer
Zoe joined Dirtworks after receiving a MLA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Weitzman School of Design, where she was awarded the John Dixon Hunt Prize for History, Theory, and Criticism. She is particularly interested in cultural landscape creation and the intersections of place, memory, and materiality. She grew up in Beijing, China, and has lived and worked in many cities, providing her with a rich experience to inform design choices.
As a professional, Zoe has continued to contribute to significant academic research. She recently published a grant-funded study on Mumbai-based community housing strategies applied to a specific project in Switzerland, and is also actively collaborating with an international research group on urban health issues.
