Part of the Jewish Home and Hospital LifeCare System, the Jewish Home Long Term Care Center (JH LTC) is a premier non-profit 514-bed skilled nursing home and geriatric health care / rehabilitation facility providing long term care, health services and social / community services located in New York City.

Perkins Eastman Architects is heading a design team developing the phased replacement and expansion of the entire facility. The landscape concept involves a series of interior and exterior gardens, from atriums, to courtyards to rooftop terraces, which will serve the facility's varied programs. The design creates a series of distinct settings to reconnect the facility and its residents to the region's familiar vernacular landscapes.
