Jacqui LeBoutillier, RLA
Landscape Architect
Jacqui is motivated by landscape architecture’s capacity to provoke new ways to responsibly and imaginatively engage with and inhabit the urban realm. As a designer, she is invested in advancing spaces of purpose, beauty, and meaning through a practice grounded in ecology and equity. Jacqui brings to Dirtworks experience managing and supporting public projects in New York City and a diverse skill set encompassing technical documentation, advanced graphics and 3D modeling, GIS analysis, and design research. She came to the discipline after a career in the arts in New York City, an experience that informs her communication and exploration of narrative and place.
Jacqui received a Bachelor of Arts in art history and fine arts from Barnard College. She earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from the City College of New York where her research focused on the intersection of climate adaptation and environmental justice. At City College she was honored as a University Olmsted Scholar and as a WX Scholar from the New York Women Executives in Real Estate. She was also the recipient of the Frederick Bainnson Memorial Scholarship and a student Merit Award from ASLA NY.
